Our products are distributed worldwide through our network of partners in Europe, Asia and the US. We offer a breadth and depth of expertise in such markets as distribution, industrial and instrumentation, medical, military, aerospace, automotive and telecommunications.

The Role

This is a high-impact, growth-focused role. You’ll be responsible for developing Harwin’s business within strategic and new accounts; building strong relationships, identifying design-in opportunities, and driving revenue growth through direct OEM engagement and through our distribution partners. This position is ideal for a strategic-thinker who thrives on challenge, is confident in influencing decision-makers, commercially astute, and motivated to open doors and build long-term value for both their customers and for Harwin.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute Harwin’s strategic sales plan to drive regional growth across Central & Eastern Europe, and Scandinavia.

• Work with Harwin’s Distribution partners and OEMs, to identify, engage, and win new opportunities within strategic markets, establishing Harwin as a trusted technology partner. Strengthen relationships with existing Distributors and OEM accounts to grow share of wallet and expand design-in activity.

• Lead design-in and design-win projects from initial concept through to production orders.

• Manage the business development pipeline and CRM with clear, accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

• Gather and communicate market intelligence; competitive insights, technology trends, and customer requirements, to inform product and strategy decisions.

• Represent Harwin at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows across the region.

• Travel frequently throughout Scandinavia, Central & Eastern Europe to maintain close, in-person relationships with key stakeholders. Occasional travel to our UK HQ.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Based in Poland or the Baltic States with the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.

• A technical or commercial degree (ideally in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience is desirable.

• Strong business development or sales background, either in the electronics sector or a related highly technical industry is desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with decision-makers at all levels.

• Comfortable working strategically, understanding Harwin’s global direction and adapting it effectively for your region.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Success Metrics

• Growth of Harwin opportunity pipeline – value, number of strategically important projects, accuracy of data, conversion against agreed targets.

• Growth of new and strategic account POS billings.

• Expansion of design-in opportunities.

• Customer engagement and face-to-face time.

• Strength of regional presence and alignment with Harwin’s strategic goals.
